Unlock your own spa suite in the heart of bustling Northern Virginia!

Valon Salon & Spa now offers rental opportunities for licensed beauty industry professionals. Our private, fully furnished treatment rooms are perfect for massage therapists, acupuncturists, lash artists, and more. Applications are considered on a rolling basis while rooms are available.

Included in Rental:

8 x 11 treatment room (with a sink & cabinet space) available for sublet located in full-service salon & spa (included with an electric spa bed)

Access to the facility anytime, a key to the treatment room & the location will be provided

Access to the existing Wi-Fi network used at our location

Access to restrooms (1); and all existing utilities used in the rental space. Any additional utilities required by the tenant shall be the responsibility of the tenant

Access to washer, dryer, and break room with kitchen

Ability to promote services to our customer database for non-competing services, and use of our mailing lists while subletting at our location.
